No you do not need to go for foundation as you are a graduate plus you can also claim exemption on being a law graduate..

Visit you nearest institute's chapter collect admission form from there which cost Rs.50 prospectus if you buy has additional charges,fill it send it to institute in the same envelope in which the form is contained via post you will receive a confirmation via post.
