TOP is the Five (5) days programme conducted by the Institute Of Company Secretaries Of India[ICSI] at NIRC and at REGIONAL CHAPTER at noida office ,And also some other regional chapters as authorized by the Institute .
It is compulsory to attend this programme and obtain a TOP completion certificate.
This certificate must be obtained before starting up with the 15 months apprenticeship as a compulsion.

Well as for your query that when is next session for TOP will be conducted for that you will have to contact the institute,coz they schedule and re-schedule the same according to their plans.
