In this DIY (Do-it-Yourself) project guide we will learn How-To make touch switches to control high voltage appliances like fans, lights, door bell etc. We will be using TTP223 as our touch sensor with 5v relay module to turn on/off properly and also see the solution to common problem.
It seems easy when you see videos online but many times doesn’t work properly. The main issue is the connections of TTP223 with relay module.

इसके कारण को स्कर्च करने के लिए गूगल किया और रिले मॉडल और TTP223 touch sensor के करंट और वोल्टेज के बारे में जाना तब मेने पाया की 5V Single Channel Relay interface board, and needs 15-20mA Driver Current की जरुरत होती है पर TTP223 touch sensor I/O का आउटपुट करंट कम होता है जिसकी वजहे से रिले मॉडल वर्क नहीं करता
और रिले मॉडल का ट्रांजिस्टर इतना करंट रिले की कएल को नहीं दे पाता उसे रिले वर्क नहीं कर पाती ,
में इस पोस्ट में बताने वाला हु की कैसे आप रिले मॉडल को TTP223 touch sensor के साथ कनेक्ट कर सकते है और यदि यही प्रोब्लेम आपको दूसरी जगह हो रही हो तो वह इसे इस्तमाल कर सकते हो इसके लिए आपको ट्रांजिस्टर की जरुरत होगी जिसे आप रिले को ड्राइव करेंगे और TTP223 touch sensor को आउटपुट ट्रांजिस्टर कबसे के साथ कनेक्ट करेंगे इसकी सर्किट आप देख सकते हो
- Connect the GND of the ttp223 touch switch with the GND of the relay board.
- Connect the OUT of the ttp223 touch switch to the IN of the relay board.
- Connect the VCC of the ttp223 touch switch to the VCC of the relay board.
- Connect the negative of the 5v power supply to the common GND of the circuit.
- And finally, connect the +5v to the common VCC of the circuit as shown above in the circuit diagram.
- Now you can connect any AC appliance to the relay as shown.
