Apricot & Almond Smoothie

Ingredients:

Fresh Apricots, seeds removed3
Plain Yoghurt3/4 cups
Orange Juice1/4 cup
Honey1 teaspoon
Almond Extract1/8 teaspoon
Ice cubes2

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
Serve right away.

Nutrition per serve: 230 calories; 1 gram fat; 0 gram saturated fat; 4 milligrams cholesterol; 44 grams Carbohydrates; 144 milligrams Sodium; 13 grams Protein; 3 grams dietary Fibre.
