Fresh Apricots, seeds removed 3
Plain Yoghurt 3/4 cups
Orange Juice 1/4 cup
Honey 1 teaspoon
Almond Extract 1/8 teaspoon
Ice cubes 2


Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
Serve right away.
